Tukriyatu Creative Workshops® bring an opportunity to explore and express our innate artistic skills through:

✔ Afro-brazilian rhythms;

✔ Body percussion technics;

✔ Drum circles & ‘Junk’ circles (recycled instruments);

✔ Performances;

✔ Story-telling;

No previous experiences are needed; our emphasis is rather focused in re-establishing the connection with our creativity in order to:

✔ develop multi task coordination;

✔ enhance concentration;

✔ gain a more global awareness (based on the Millennium Development Goals);

With our workshops, our aim is to:

✔ empower ourselves;

✔ create more self-awareness;

✔ develop creative and sustainable approaches to making music;

✔ generate positive team work;

✔ equip individuals with a Global citizenship knowledge;

✔ inspire good values in us and others.

Our workshops are designed to suit different age groups, from the age of 5 to professional adults.

For a more clear understanding, we have divided them into 4 different classes, as it is shown below:
